Most of the time, our images get copied by others, and they get all the credit for the image and the content. To prevent this, I am going to show you how to add watermarks to your images so that nobody can directly copy them. Photoshop is an awesome application to edit images using Adobe Photoshop. We can easily add watermarks, and you can also add watermarks using Windows Live Writer. I will show you how to add watermarks to your images using Photoshop. I recommend that you add the watermark in the right-bottom corner, not on the whole image; otherwise, it will look dirty!
1. Open Photoshop, and then simply open your image and add a new layer (Layer—>New—>Layer) and name it Watermark.
2. Now select the text tool, and then simply write your site name, like Ultimate Blogger Tricks. And then simply give some effect to the watermark layer.
As you can see in the above image, we got the watermark on the image! and now people will not use your images directly, and they have to make an effort to use them. As I told you, we should not use the watermark on the whole image; it will decrease the quality of the images.
